Mycotoxins

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of moulds, growing on numerous foodstuffs such as cereals, dried fruits, nuts and spices. To ensure feed and food safety, many countries have established mycotoxins regulation. To support the screening and detection of mycotoxins, we provide a range of reference materials, available in neat, incurred matrix, and native/stable isotopically labelled formats. The range includes aflatoxins, fumonisins, trichothecenes and citrinin.
