Institute of Food Science and Technology Spring Conference 2017

Conference: Kings College London, England

Start Date: 07 April 2017

End Date: 07 April 2017

Focus: Your future role in food: Embracing Advances in Technology

This conference will look at the latest advances in food science and technology as they are key considerations for any technical role within the food production chain.

We are now seeing the influence of many other new technological developments from outside the world of food science and technology. These are impacting or have the potential to positively impact on our roles – technologies which, over the next few years, are going to radically change and re-shape the way we develop and deliver safe and nutritious food to the consumer.

This is a chance to explore how food production from farm to fork is changing through new science and technologies and, in turn, how we can expect roles in the sector to change.
