Customer specific pricing
Registered users can view contract prices (prices include customer agreement discounts), once logged in; users can select the number of quantity desired; users can add items to basket at a click; quantity tiered customer discounts added at the “final check out (confirmation) page”; user can create an item in a shopping list for purchasing later, as illustrated below:
Online stock information & estimated dispatch times
Registered user can view the stock level as a traffic light system messaging indicates:
- Green In stock and ready for immediate dispatch. View No. Of Units in Stock
- Amber Not in stock but Good availability. Dispatched within 5-10 days of order.
- Red Not in stock. Please contact your local sales office for delivery information.
In stock and ready for immediate dispatch
The web shop displays the number of items available for all In Stock products; the product stock information is updated “every 2 hours” on the web shop and users are not restricted to ordering only items in stock. Please note that if LGC only have 3 items In Stock, customers can still order 10 (or any amount). The rest of the items will be delivered back to back as one consolidated order. If a customer wants to arrange “Partial Shipments” customers can call the office to arrange this, customer should provide their Web Order Number to the sales office agent. As illustrated below:
