AT-9283 is a potent AuroraA, AuroraB, JAK3, JAK2 enzyme inhibitor in addition to being an Abl family & Bcr-Abl inhibitor. As a potent inhibitor of these kinases this small molecule has proven to inhibit growth and survival of cancer cells in vivo.
